PQC Readiness Self-Assessment Scorecard

Benchmark your organization’s readiness for the post-quantum transition in ten to thirty minutes, depending on the question set. This self-assessment follows my PQC Migration Framework v3.0 and rates seven domains on a 0 to 5 scale: Cryptographic Inventory, Governance & Ownership, Pilots & Deployment, Vendor & Supply Chain, Compliance & Standards, Crypto-Agility, and Risk & Prioritization. Your readiness level is the level of your weakest domain. Next to it you get your Crypto-Agility level and the earliest regulatory deadline for the jurisdictions and sectors you select, followed by the gaps and actions for each domain’s next level. You can export a full PDF report, a one-page executive summary for your board, CSV files of your answers and findings, and a CycloneDX 1.7 attestation. All scoring and exports run in your browser, and your answers are never sent to a server.

Note: Unanswered questions are never counted as No. A domain is rated at a level only when every question at that level and below is answered Yes or N/A. A domain with less than 80% of its questions answered is marked provisional. This tool is informational and not a formal audit.
