PQC Estimation, Readiness, Migration Tools

I build simple, opinionated tools to help security teams turn hype into action. Each tool is meant for education and scenario exploration – not for compliance attestation, formal cryptographic engineering, or investment decisions. Results depend on your inputs and assumptions; treat the outputs as directional and verify with your own experts or with Applied Quantum experts.

These tools are my personal work and do not represent the views of my employers or clients. No warranties, express or implied.

CRQC Readiness Benchmark

CRQC Readiness Benchmark (Q‑Day Estimator)

Estimate how close the ecosystem is to a cryptographically relevant quantum computer for breaking RSA‑2048. The tool converts four inputs – LQC (logical qubits), LOB (logical operations budget), QOT (logical ops/sec), and a growth factor – into a Composite CRQC Readiness Score and a projected Q‑Day (when a week‑scale factorization is plausible). It’s deliberately crypto‑centric (not “quantum advantage” in general) and includes presets so you can start conservative, median, or aggressive – then tweak to match vendor roadmaps and your risk posture.

PQC Readiness Self-Assessment

PQC Readiness Self‑Assessment Scorecard

A quick, structured self‑check of your organization’s PQC preparedness across governance, crypto inventory, agility, third‑party exposure, and migration planning. In a few minutes you’ll get a readiness score and a prioritized set of gaps you can use to brief leadership or kick‑off a formal program.

PQC Migration Advisor

PQC Migration Advisor

A practical, step‑by‑step helper for turning inventory and constraints into a migration game plan. It points you from “what we have” to what to change first, proposes sequencing (quick wins vs. long‑poles), and flags interim risk‑reductions (e.g., crypto‑agility and hybridization) to reduce “harvest‑now, decrypt‑later” exposure while you implement.
